Cheryl has achieved the coveted Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designations.
Having been immersed in Subdivision Development with a leading and prominent Law Firm and development company in The Bahamas for over 25 years, Cheryl understands both the legal process and procedures involved in buying and selling Real Estate.
