We currently manage a variety of residential properties at competitive rates and provide the following: 

  1. Rent collection, bill payment and remittance of net proceeds where applicable. 
  2. Oversee repairs and maintenance after approval by Landlord.
  3. TIMELY monthly reporting – within 10 days of a calendar month end.
  4. CAM allocations.
  5. Lease compliance. 

When applicable, consult with other professionals such as attorneys to address issues that periodically develop.
