Practicing as a dedicated and successful real estate professional, Cheryl is a licensed broker and a member of The Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA), by whom she has been awarded the Bahamas Realtor Institute (BRI) designation. Cheryl has achieved the coveted Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designations.

Having been immersed in Subdivision Development with a leading prominent law firm and development company in The Bahamas for over 25 years, Cheryl understands both the legal process and the procedures involved in buying and selling real estate, property management and rentals. This understanding allows her to provide guidance to successfully meander challenges when seeking to close transactions in a timely manner.

Cheryl is honored to have worked alongside the esteemed founder and real estate developer, Solomon Brothers, Limited, of many gated neighborhoods in Nassau, Bahamas. These include Indigo, Saffron Hill, West Winds, and the newest, being Serenity click here , all of which have state-of-the-art amenities. They are all located in the Western District of New Providence, just minutes away from the prestigious and luxury communities of Lyford Cay, Albany and Old Fort Bay.

Cheryl’s integrity, pleasant demeanor, vibrant personality and vast experience in real estate sales, rentals and property management, distinguishes her as an enthusiastic, reputable and reliable real estate broker. These characteristics have allowed her to successfully assist Bahamian and foreign clients to secure real estate in the Bahamas and abroad, spanning primary and second homes, private islands, vacant land and investment properties.

Born and raised in the Bahamas, Amanda acquired, at an extremely early age, an appreciation for the beauty and luster of our islands, particularly our waters. As a former competitive swimmer since the age of three, and coach of twenty years, she has always been captivated with all things water; fishing, boating, scuba diving, and of course, swimming! From love of water she is well familiar with the Islands of the Bahamas.

After graduating from Queen’s College High School, she continued her education at Western Kentucky University and Florida Atlantic University where she studied Biology and Psychology, respectively. Shortly after returning home, she worked briefly in the Tourism industry, gaining exposure in hospitality and guest relations. Thereafter, gaining employment as an Executive Assistant to a local investor and former Ambassador, she realized not only her innate desire for continuous challenges, but also, the gratification associated with helping others obtain, manage, and protect their investments. Real estate falls within the scope of her abilities.

Amanda truly looks forward to her upcoming journey with readiness. She will be able to combine her communication skills, passion for helping others, and fascination with our alluring Bahama islands, becoming an asset within the Real Estate sector and to her many satisfied clients to come.

Having started in June 2021, Nathan is a welcome new addition to Treasure Realty's team. His aim is to become one of The Bahamas most trusted and top-selling agents.

Nathan has always had a passion for real estate. Since 2011, Nathan has been involved in the real estate sector in different capacities. During this time, Nathan fostered deep connections throughout the Bahamian real estate community due to his keen interest in providing quality service, building and maintaining relationships with people, and helping people solve problems.

Before real estate, Nathan was employed at a boutique private bank and trust company before branching off and starting his own group of companies. Outside of real estate, Nathan enjoys brainstorming new ideas, reading, playing sports, and recording music.

As a native of Nassau, Bahamas, Nathan understands its intangible benefits, such as the unmatched weather, culture and diversity, and he is dedicated to providing quality service to his clients.

Krysia, is a vibrant Bahamian and a graduate of St. John’s College, Nassau, with a background in medicine. She has an Associate of Science degree in Medical Assisting from Florida Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Complementary and Alternative Medicine, both with honours.

With ten years of experience working in the medical field, Krysia is extremely passionate about putting clients’ needs above all else, and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. She is committed to excellence in customer service and is determined to satisfy the needs of her real estate clients.

Krysia has lived on New Providence, Abaco and Eleuthera and believes that her all-around experience puts her in a great position to find the right property for her clients.
